Fully renovated 34 sqm studio on the 2nd floor, street side of the building. Low floor means stairs instead of lifts and the fastest exit in the building; blackout curtains and the quiet AC make it a good sleep even so.
You're on the street in under a minute. No lift, no waiting for it, no carrying a wet towel and a laptop bag through a lobby. If you're the kind of guest who goes out five times a day — beach in the morning, cafe to work, gym, 7-Eleven, dinner — this is the floor you want.
The trade-off, stated plainly: you're low and closer to the street, so with the window open at night you'll hear the occasional scooter go past. Close it and the AC is quiet and the room is silent — one guest said exactly that in his review, and we'd rather you read it here first. If absolute silence with the window open is what you're after, ask us about our higher-floor studios instead.
WHAT YOU GET
Sleep. King bed (200x200 cm) with hotel linen, blackout curtains that block light properly, a quiet split AC. Concrete walls between units — you won't hear the neighbours.
Work. A full-length work table with an ergonomic office chair, not a dining stool. Dedicated 1 Gbps fibre down, 500 Mbps up. Guests keep writing "wifi was awesome" and "wifi is fast" — it's the single thing that shows up most in our reviews after the location. A second monitor and a UPS are free on request, 2 days ahead.
Kitchen. Full-size fridge-freezer, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, French press, blender, and enough cookware, plates and cutlery to cook properly rather than reheat. Washing machine inside the studio — several guests have mentioned it, it turns out to matter on longer stays.
Living. 55" smart TV with Netflix, HBO, Disney+ and HDMI for your laptop. Balcony with table and chair. Safe, iron, hairdryer, fresh towels per guest. Hot water is strong and stays hot.

Breakfast downstairs. Cannelle, a proper bakery-cafe, is inside the ReLife complex — coffee, croissants, avocado toast. From the 2nd floor you're there in about ninety seconds.

SCOOTERS
Most guests rent one within a day or two; the south of the island opens up with it. We'll point you to the rental we've used for years — French-run, well-kept bikes, fair rates, and the deposit actually comes back.

CHECK-IN
Getting into the building. ReLife is a large, secure complex, so the main entrance is card-access — there's no way around that for a first arrival. In practice it's usually quick: residents and guests come and go often, so you can generally walk in right behind someone within a minute or two. If reception is open (09:00-19:00 daily) they'll happily let you in and point you to your building.
Getting into the studio. You're on the 2nd floor, unit B225 — one flight of stairs if the lift is busy. The lockbox is at the door. Lockbox code will be provided after the payment. Inside you'll find your key and two building access cards.
Take one card with you — that's yours for the stay, for the building and lift, any time, no more waiting at the gate. Leave the second card in the lockbox. It's your backup: if you ever lock the studio with your card still inside (it happens), you can get back into the building with the spare rather than being stuck after 19:00 when reception is closed.
Check-in from 15:00. If you arrive earlier, message us — we've opened up early for guests off long-haul flights before. If the studio isn't ready, leave your bags and go to the beach.

This studio sits between the beach and the strip — quiet building, but everything you need is around the corner. One guest put it well: a quiet spot between Nai Harn beach and a busy street full of restaurants, spas and shops.
ONE MINUTE FROM THE GATE 7-Eleven, Lotus's, currency exchange, pharmacy, massage, laundry, and scooter and car rental. Cannelle bakery-cafe is inside the complex itself. You can live here without a scooter, though most guests end up renting one within a couple of days.
TWO TO FIVE MINUTES ON FOOT Ali's BBQ, Italian, Thai, Indian, Russian, and a dozen more heading toward Rawai. We keep a written list of what's worth it and what to skip and send it to every guest — it comes up in our reviews more than anything else we do.
NAI HARN BEACH — 15 MIN WALK, 5 BY SCOOTER The cleanest bay on the island, and one that still has patches of living coral around the rocks at both ends. Kata, Karon, Patong, Bang Tao: the coral there is mostly gone, boat traffic and crowds saw to that. Bring a mask, or rent a kayak on the sand and paddle out to the rocks. No tuk-tuk crowd working the beach either. Sunsets run roughly 17:30-19:00; Sundays there's usually drum music at the far end. Water sits at 27-29°C most of the year.
NAI HARN LAKE — A FEW MINUTES ON FOOT A flat loop that locals run and cycle every evening — the easiest running route in Phuket. A dedicated cycling track is under construction along the lake, expected to open in 2027. A trail up to Black Rock viewpoint starts from the lake too: steep in places, and the view over the whole bay from the top is one of the best on this side of the island.
WORTH THE RIDE Ya Nui Beach and Promthep Cape for sunset, Rawai seafood market and boardwalk, Chalong Pier for day trips to Phi Phi, Racha and Coral Island. Kata and Karon a short ride north for a busier day.
TRAFFIC Nai Harn sits at the end of the road, so the jams that define Kata, Karon, Patong and Bang Tao never reach here.
