The accommodation is mostly set over the ground floor, comprising an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburner. There is also a shower room and on the mezzanine level, there is a king-size double bedroom overlooking the sitting area. Outside, enjoy alfresco dining in the private, lawned garden to the rear of the property. You will also find off road parking for one car. With great walking and cycling opportunities nearby, The Studio is a wonderful, romantic retreat for couples seeking a relaxed getaway exploring this fabulous area.

The route has been open since the 1930s, when the railway closed, and was probably the first disused railway to be utilised in this way. Nearby are the lovely villages of Alstonefield, Ilam and Brassington, and activities such as golf, horse riding and sailing are all within a seven mile radius. Chatsworth House and Carsington Waters are also close by, making Parwich a great base for a family holiday.
