Summary: Our stay at this hotel was simply outstanding. Even though the property already holds an almost perfect ranking, both the hotel itself and especially the Club Lounge staff managed to exceed all expectations. The facilities were modern, spotlessly clean, and maintained to the highest standard. The atmosphere struck a wonderful balance - relaxed yet refined, making it easy to feel both comfortable and included. A heartfelt thank you to entire team for creating such a memorable experience. This hotel truly deserves every bit of its excellent reputation.
