Positive: We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t fault the property at all. The house is beautifully kept, spacious and incredibly comfortable, making it a perfect base for a relaxing break in the Peaks. Everything felt well thought out, from the quality of the furnishings to how well equipped the kitchen and living spaces were. The location is ideal — peaceful and scenic, yet within easy walking distance of pubs, riverside walks and local amenities. It was great to be able to step straight out into the countryside without needing to drive everywhere. A real highlight for us was the hot tub, which was spotless and ready to use — an absolute treat after long days out walking. The property was warm, cosy and welcoming throughout our stay, even in cooler weather. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place and would love to return in the future. A truly relaxing and memorable stay.
