Just 5 km from the center of Monopoli and about 1 km from the beautiful beaches of the area, Villa Ponente is located in a small residential complex immersed in the quiet of the countryside, behind the famous Apulian coastal dunes. In a few minutes by car you can reach the Chapter, renowned for its sandy beaches and characteristic sea-view restaurants. Although part of a complex, the villa guarantees total autonomy and privacy and, recently built, stands out for its contemporary and bright style. Completely whitewashed according to the marine-Mediterranean tradition, it has large windows and modern geometric lines perfectly harmonized with the surrounding environment.
Outside there is a beautiful 14 x 5 meter saltwater pool with an area dedicated to a hot tub that uses the same unheated water as the pool. The fully paved area is equipped with deckchairs and chairs for pleasant moments of relaxation in the sun and has an outdoor shower, barbecue area and laundry room. The front of the villa is furnished with a dining table, chairs and comfortable sofas, ideal for outdoor lunches and convivial evenings.
The interiors are spread over several levels with an open space living area equipped with an equipped kitchen and dining area. The main sleeping area includes two bedrooms, one double and one twin (which can become double as needed), and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is a sea-view double bedroom with private bathroom and access to a beautiful terrace furnished with sofas in the shade of a pergola.
