The space
Property consists of a brick extension which allows the stunning views to be fully appreciated. This extension provides an excellent sitting area which then leads into homely open plan living area with sprung sofa bed (double) with mattress topper for extra comfort which then leads into kitchen dining area. There is a modern lovely bedroom, with fully fitted wardrobes with an ensuiite wet room.
The wet room is accessible from both the bedroom and living area (Jack and Jill bathroom) which means when more than two guests are staying, and sleeping on the bed settee in living room, access to bathroom is from a door in living room without having to go through the bedroom.
This holiday cottage is suitable for easy access to stunning walks in the surrounding mountains, waterfalls and countryside. Situated on a cycle path, it is also very close to Bike Park Wales in Merthyr Tydfil and Afan Argoed mountain bike centres, numerous local golf courses and less than an hour drive to beautiful Gower coastline. It is also situated very close to some historical attractions. This makes it a perfect holiday cottage whatever your interests may be.
The property amenities include gas Central heating with a feature electric fire in living area, single fan oven and grill, microwave, halogen hob, fridge/freezer, TV with free view, DVDs/CD/radio, wifi, PlayStation with lots of games, selection of books, games and DVDs.
Two hybrid bicycles with helmets are freely available to guests with padlock allowing them to explore local countryside. As cottage is situated on cycle network route 46, this is an ideal opportunity to get some miles in.

Guest access
The guests will have access to the annexe which is located to the side of the main house. It is self contained and has its own access. The guests will have a double bedroom, bathroom, self contained kitchen with excellent facilities, living room with a sprung loaded bed settee. Can also sleep an extra small guest on a small bed/(website hidden), wifi, bbq and many other home comforts. Disabled friendly fitted with a ramp to entrance. Also can provide a shower stool, handrail in shower, and raised toilet seat on request.
