THE HOME
A comfortable single-storey villa arranged around a bright, open-plan living space that opens onto a generous covered veranda and the garden beyond. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, fully furnished and equipped, air-conditionned, with fast, everyday comfort in mind. Everything you need for a longer stay is already here; just bring your suitcase.
SLEEPING (UP TO 6 GUESTS)
- Master bedroom: a restful main suite with a king-size bed and its own private en-suite (walk-in shower, WC and vanity). Quietly positioned at the front corner of the house, with built-in storage; ideal for stowing suitcases and belongings over a longer stay.
- 2nd Bedroom: a comfortable king room near the entrance. A baby cot is available, making it easy for families with an infant.
- Guests' room: a cosy third king room on the far side of the living area for privacy, comfortable for two and equally useful as a children's room.

The villa sits in around 860 m² of private tropical grounds (one of the largest gardens in the community) with mature planting, fruit trees and plenty of room for children to play. Running the length of the house is a spacious covered veranda (roughly 4 x 10.6 m) with an outdoor dining table for eight and a shaded lounge area: the natural place to have breakfast, work in the fresh air, or unwind in the evening. For anyone staying a while, this outdoor living space is what makes the house feel like a retreat.
KITCHEN & LIVING
An open-plan kitchen and living room (around 4 x 8 m) with a central island bar, a fully equipped kitchen for real cooking, a full-size fridge, comfortable seating and a TV. Bright and sociable, it flows straight out to the veranda and garden: easy for family life and long, relaxed stays.
BATHROOMS & LAUNDRY
Two full bathrooms, each with a walk-in corner shower, WC and vanity basin, with hot water throughout. The master bathroom is private to the main suite; the second (family) bathroom serves the other two bedrooms and also houses the washing machine.

A car or scooter is recommended to make the most of the area; which is part of what keeps it so peaceful.
