The property has plenty of green space nearby and plenty of local eateries, and a Waitrose just under 10 minutes on foot. Guests will experience living to live their the British countryside without sacrificing the convenience of quick access to London.

The flat is adequately furnished but well-kept, with plenty of windows about to let in natural light. It's located on the ground floor of a secure residential building and has a private balcony to relax with friends or enjoy a nice cup of tea. The open living area comes with a plush leather sofa. The family-style open kitchen has an island that doubles as both a meal-prep space and dining spot -- the kitchen is kitted out with all the mod-cons needed to handle light cooking.

The master bedroom room is an ensuite unit with a shower. It has a king-size bed, an extensive wardrobe with sliding doors, a work desk, a chair, and a day bed. The second room comes with two single beds and is suited for children. All beds are lined in hotel-quality linens for a good night's rest.

Additionally, lately, there's a separate shared bathroom with a tub for you to soak in. Clean towels and toiletries are provided for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of GBP 30, and after midnight is GBP 50. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe :)

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a GBP 300 smoking fee at a minimum.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
