Up a quiet country Lane within five minutes of central Bath, you will find this sophisticated home. Park in the drive and open the front door to a small entrance hall practically carpeted in a sisal doormat.
To your right there is a small boot room with loo, Straight ahead you will find the generous sized L-shaped sitting room with a selection of books and a real open fireplace and door to the garden. To the left up a couple of steps is the large open plan kitchen with huge sliding pocket doors opening onto the garden on both sides of the house. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge freezer, gas hob, double oven and dishwasher and a generous selection of cooking equipment, china and glass.
Behind the kitchen is the utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and additional fridge freezer. Behind that is the master suite which has a double-ended bath in the bedroom by the window and an ensuite wet room style shower room.
Upstairs there is a family bathroom and four further bedrooms one of which has its own en suite bathroom. All the bedrooms have lovely country views.
Outside you will find the lovely garden the formal area near the house, grass amphitheater, and wild areas. There is a football goal, a table tennis table and a hot tub to relax and look at the stars in the dark night sky.
