The Space:
Poplar has a cosy living room and fully equipped kitchen diner on the ground floor. Modern in style with a cosy feel throughout, you’ll soon feel at home here.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays with a microwave, kettle, toaster, hob, oven and kitchen utensils. Enjoy your meals at the dining area which includes a table and four matching chairs.
Continue onwards through the property and you’ll enter the living room which features two stone blue sofas. There is a flat screen TV so you can keep up with your favourite shows during your stay, while the electric fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere in the winter months.
Head outside and you’ll be welcomed into the garden which has a patio, artificial grass, and BBQ. Ideal for soaking up the sunshine, it's the perfect place to relax with your morning cup of coffee. You’ll also find a shed which can be used for bike storage.
The bedrooms and family bathroom are located on the first floor. Both bedrooms have ample storage space, so you'll be able to make yourself right at home when staying at Poplar.
Ultra-modern and stylish, the bathroom features a bathtub with an overhead shower, WC and basin.

Poplar is located in Brotton, just a few minutes' drive the charming Victorian Spa town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea. This location is the perfect base to explore everything the North Yorkshire coastline has to offer.
The property is only a short drive to the beach or the centre of town, where you’ll find restaurants, cafes, bars and independent shops.
Take the oldest functioning cliff lift in the UK down to the promenade and you’ll arrive at the 208-metre pier which stretches out into the sea. The long sandy shores are overlooked by colourful boutique beach huts and high cliffs tower in the distance.
Saltburn has plenty of beautiful walks too. The Valley Gardens are a maze of paths and tracks which wind through the flowers and woodland. If you want to explore further, The Cleveland Way National Trail is over 100 miles long and the lovely Saltburn is featured. If you fancy a 17.5 mile jaunt, start at Saltburn and walk your way to Sandsend. This walk is a great way to explore the North Yorkshire coastline and the views are beautiful!

Poplar is within 30 minutes’ drive time of Staithes, Whitby, Middlesbrough and the North Yorkshire Moors.
Saltburn Train Station is a 5-minute drive away and has routes to Redcar, Middlesbrough, Darlington, York, Leeds and Manchester.
A bus stop can be found just 300 metres away from Poplar. From here, you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Staithes, Runswick Bay and Whitby, while the stop also provides easy access into the centre of Saltburn.
