You will have private access to the upstairs part of the house. Please note the owners live in the downstairs and share the front door only and a locked door to the downstairs part of the home, so the main door and bottom landing is shared.

## Neighborhood
The Eastern bays are a lovely quiet part of Auckland. There is a coastal walk from right outside our property that goes along Farm Cove and the waterfront. Half Moon Bay has a lovely marina with cafes and restaurants, also a direct car ferry to Waiheke Island (1 hour, a perfect day trip!). Howick Village is home to an array of restaurants, shops and ample things to do! We recommend these nearby attractions;

- Uxbridge Theatre
- The Saturday markets in Howick
- Cockle Bay and Howick Beach
- The ferry terminal is at Half Moon Bay that takes you to Waiheke (1hour) and Downtown (30mins)
## Transit
Driving is the best way. A good 45 minute walk to the Half Moon Bay ferry to Waiheke Island which is perfect for a day trip

We live in the downstairs of the home which will be locked off as you enter. The main door is shared.
