Our apartment is situated in a great location in Edinburgh, just a short walk from some of the city's most popular attractions. Edinburgh Castle, the National Museum of Scotland and the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh are all within easy reach, making this the perfect base for exploring the city. There are also plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby, so you'll never be short of something to do. Edinburgh Waverley station is also just a short walk away, making it easy to get around.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day).

Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.
