Located in a quiet cul de sac, just off Westfield Lane on Idle Moor, with large gardens and views over fields. Parking is available for a maximum of three cars. Just 5 miles from Leeds Bradford airport. We welcome well behaved pets. The property comprises a living room/ Dining Room, breakfast kitchen, downstairs WC, utility and bedroom 4/ sitting room (with bunk beds)
Upstairs a king size room, two double bedrooms and house bathroom. A few miles from Apperley Bridge train station and just a ten minute train ride to both Leeds and Bradford. 30 minutes from Ilkley and Haworth.
The property is strictly no parties, no smoking inside and a maximum of six adults. A bunk bed room is available for two extra children on request.
Only the registered guests are permitted at the property, inside and out. Unregistered guests will be asked to leave.
The driveway is only suitable for a maximum of three cars.
Anyone that does smoke, must do so at the back of the house and dispose of any cigarette butts in the plant pot provided. Any noise after 10 pm must be kept to a level so as not to disturb any neighbours and any comings and goings in the night kept quiet and to a minimum.
Please do not rent this house if you are planning on going out and returning in the early hours. This is a very quiet and family orientated neighbourhood and any guests reported to be making unnecessary noise may be asked to leave.
