Positive: I first wrote my review right after our stay in Cabana lui Foarda, but it accidentally got deleted as I was writing and I didn't have the time to write it again, so here I am again almost 3 months later...Cabana lui Foarda is everything you see in the photos and more. We were there in July and we loved every minute of our stay. It's a perfect place to visit with little kids so that they can experience nature closely. The hosts are hardworking, very kind and helpful, but I think you can only meet them in person in summer. They welcomed us with some fresh farmer's eggs and milk when we arrived. We were offered some free veggies from their little garden in the yard and we were able to try the sheep cheese their extended family makes. You can go hiking to lots of places in the shade of the forest. We only went on one hike, however, but we loved it! We were there on a day when we got a hot weather alert on our phones...well, we didn't feel it there. It was hot, but nothing too problematic. And you have the swimming pool if you need to cool down. All in all, I wish I could live there full time!

Negative: I can't think of anything really...Well, one thing I guess. The internet connection is not as fast and stable as it would be in a city, but we didn't need internet so much. It's actually a good chance for a partial digital detox.

Summary: If you need a break from city life, that's the place...
