Nice cosy modern home with panoramic views across the Christchurch estuary, enjoy on the on the front deck or take in from the spa on the private back terrace after a day at the beach or ski fields.
5 minute drive to get Sumner Beach and Village. Only 15 minute drive to the city centre.
Under 2 hours to most local ski fields- Mt Hutt 1 hour 50, Porters, 1 hour 40 minutes.

Guests have access to the entire house excluding the garage.
The living room is open plan connecting with the kitchen and dining area and features large glass doors that open up onto an outdoor Deck living area which boasts incredible views.
The spa is tucked away at the back of the property securing privacy but still looks out over an incredible view of the bay. The Spa is an inflatable model, its kept clean and treated and is normally kept at about 39c. It can a fit a tight 4 people but is most suited to 2 persons.
The master bedroom has a king bed and is complete with an ensuite bathroom, walk in wardrobe, access to the balcony and its own heat pump for air conditioning in the summer and extra heat on those chilly winter days.

The other two bedrooms are of fair size with queen beds and built in wardrobes.
The 2nd bathroom is large with a decent shower. The laundry is located in this bathroom with both a washer and dryer.
