- The house has 5 levels and no elevator. The bedrooms are located on different levels, so the property is better suited to guests who are comfortable using stairs.
- The house is located in a small alley in the Old Quarter. Taxis and cars cannot stop directly in front of the house; from the nearest drop-off point, you will need to walk about 20 m to reach the property.
- There is a popular bun cha restaurant in the alley directly in front of the house, which can get quite busy around lunchtime.
- During the day, you may hear noise from a nearby school, especially on days when the school holds events. Please keep this in mind if you usually sleep during the day. The area is generally quiet in the evening.
- Under Vietnamese accommodation regulations, we need the passport and visa/entry stamp of every guest for temporary residence registration. You can send photos of these documents via message after booking.
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 06:00. The house is located in a residential area, so please keep noise to a minimum during these hours, especially on the balconies and outside the house.
