The open plan living room and kitchen with wrap-around balcony provide you with an excellent space to relax and enjoy the stunning views. Underfloor heating with separate controls for all rooms including both bedrooms keep you cosy and always at your ideal temperature. A quiet neighbourhood, a choice of pillows & duvets suiting summer or winter should set you up for a good night’s sleep.
The lounge is a beautifully light place to relax in the reclining sofa & chairs to take in the panoramic and “ever-changing” views. Alternatively choose a film from Amazon Prime, while away the time listening to Prime Music or reading a Kindle book / magazine – all free.
The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped should you prefer to eat in as opposed to dine out at the many restaurants in the locality including at the historic Royal William Yard. And you can relax knowing that when you arrive we’ve sorted basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, a few cooking essentials and fresh milk.
The apartment is ideal for four but can accommodate five. We want you to have a good night’s sleep – the King Size bed (5’) and single beds have Casper mattresses. The master bedroom has an en suite shower while the family bathroom has bath & shower. And each room has separate heating controls to help keep the room at your preferred temperature.
There is a Tesco Express within 5minutes walk or Sainsbury’s in less than 10 minutes drive. Buses go to the city centre and to The Royal William Yard.

The apartment is centrally located - this means you’re close to everything within Plymouth.
In 10 minutes drive you can be at the following places: the train station, the bus station, the Continental Ferry Port, Plymouth University, Plymouth Argyle Football Club, Plymouth Albion Rugby Club (in fact that’s 5 minutes walk!), Brickfields Athletics Stadium, The Royal William Yard for a fantastic range of bars and restaurants, The Theatre Royal for West End standard shows, The Hoe where Sir Francis Drake famously finished his game of bowls before engaging with the Spanish Armada, The Barbican where the Mayflower sailed to America, the city centre and all within it including Drake Circus Shopping Centre. The National Marine Aquarium is 15 minutes drive. And if you choose to walk to the city centre it will take about 25 minutes.

ACCESSIBILITY
The apartment is disabled friendly in the following ways – step free access, lift to the 3rd floor & a wide entrance door suitable for wheelchair access. However the height of the work surfaces & the bathrooms are all standard and we don’t have a wet room for showering.
