Positive: The location was lovely (in the countryside) although a couple of miles from the nearest shop. There was a pub on site. The house was spacious, 4 bedrooms and heated up well when the heating was on. The beds were comfortable. There were 2 bathrooms upstairs, one with a bath and one ensuite. Both the fridge and ovens were good. The table was a good size, seating 8 people. The hot tube was an added bonus.

Negative: There was no information book on the house , for example, heating and water heating system. No information on what is available locally. Restaurants, sights, places to see. There is no WiFi so to work the smart tv you have to use your own data with a hot spot. The kitchen was very poorly stocked with delph, cooking utensils and tableware. The ware that was there was dirty and all needed to be washed by us on arrival. The dishwasher needed to be cleaned as well. The water pressure upstairs was low and the shower in the ensuite wasn't working. We were there to celebrate Christmas, as a family There was no welcome pack and no Christmas decorations which would have been a nice touch. The house felt like it needed some personal attention and care. I felt the house was expensive for what was offered.
