We may be new to short stay lets but we are not new to hospitality.
We have prepared the house for a group of friends or a family with kids.
On the edge of Nottingham city centre, 0.5 miles (10 min walk) from trendy Sneinton Market.
The nearest local shop is a 4 min walk away.
Sleeps 6 guests but could add an extra bed for a 7th if required.
Located on a very quiet road with only one close neighbour.

Newly refurbished semi open plan, kitchen, lounge with dining area.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to cook up a lovely meal or simply enjoy a takeaway served on proper plates.

The lounge/ diner has a 2 x three seater sofas. One of which is also the fold out bed for guests 5 and 6. There is also another fold out single bed if required.

- Only the number of people on the booking will be permitted to stay overnight at the property
- For any stays longer than 10 days an addition mid-stay clean (including new linen and towels) will be required to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained within the property
- Strictly no parties or loud music
RANDOM CHECKS ARE UNDERTAKEN AND YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IF ANY RULE IS BROKEN - £250 rule breaking fee will apply
