Review Score: 8

Summary: Room was not cleaned so no coffees or toilet paper. Hotel was not very warm heating had been turned down and it was minus 5 outside . Swimming pool water wasn’t very warm . We ordered food and drinks went to pay and then they added vat on top wasn’t advertised anywhere about this . Staff were very friendly and helpful especially at reception
