Positive: What I most like about the property: 1. The location: it is close to the Underground (Piccadilly, District and Circle lines). 2. The Staff: they were incredibly friendly and useful. 3. Cleanliness: it was very clean and organized.

Negative: What I did not like it: 1. The rooms were really small. 2. Thin walls. We had problems to sleep because some noisy neighbors. 3. Central heating. You cannot regulate central heating, so they connect it 1-2 hours to heat the rooms ahead give you an electric heater to warm your room if available.

Summary: If you want to spend a short period of time in London for turism, it is a great option, but not if you travel for busine
