Positive: On the positive side: 1. Breakfast was good. 2. Free shuttle to airport. Overall, it was okay; it's just that 4-star is a level where you trust the hotel, and the hotel monitors standards so guests don't complain.

Negative: 1. Check-in. If you've already started chatting with a guest, don't get distracted and start chatting with a colleague. Finish with the guest. 2. Cleanliness. The room had a dirty sheet and no slippers for the second guest. Thankfully, the hotel changed the room, but the new room had a dirty towel. Some kind of "sorry bonus" would have been very welcome after that, but nothing was offered.

Summary: Overall, it was a 3-star level stay, not a 4-star.
