Positive: Beds are comfy, filtered water provided. Aroma is nice. Female front desk staff member did her best with the cleaning fiasco. Did love the robes, and nice to have slippers without needing to ask.

Negative: Room was not ready upon check-in, room was not cleaned following day (We were told this was because we had a DND sign up but this was only until 1pm). For 500+/night, despite the issues and waiting around for our room, we only had the hidden gratuity charge docked (5%) and a (not great) free drink at the bar. Was not good value for money, but we were last minute. Space was very tight with two suitcases. Noise: you can hear the rooftop bar bass until 1am. Small practical details would make a big difference in the room: more hooks for coats and towels, chair that full tucks under desk. No space under bed for case etc.

Summary: Pleasant but not worth it for the price
