Newly refurbished cosy and well kept top floor studio apartment.
Situated in the heart of Clapham Junction, just a stones throw from the station, bars, pubs, restaurants and shops.
Cosy Clapham Studio is well equipped and should have everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. It is kitted out with all utensils for long term stays, including a coffee machine! Cosy Clapham Studio is a loft studio and has a sloping ceiling on the front third with large Velux skylights, allowing you to gaze up at the stars while in bed, or view the City in the distance. The space has been crafted to make the most of the room available and create a bright, airy and easy living environment for all guests.
Guests have access to the whole studio and everything within it.
The staircase outside is shared, please be respectful of neighbours.
I won't be at the apartment during your stay. However, I am always a text or call away and will be on hand to help with any queries you may have.
Plenty of things to do just off your doorstep. Locally there is a plethora of bars, restaurants, pubs, shops and cafes. A fifteen minute walk will get you to either Clapham Common or Battersea Park. More further afield, to get in to central London you can hop on a train that departs every 5 minutes from Clapham Junction Station.
Clapham Junction Station is a three minute walk from the apartment. From there you have access to hundreds of destinations. Central London, Oxford Street and Hyde Park within 23 minutes. Clapham Common and Battersea Park within 15 minutes walk. Busses run very frequently from the roads around the train station.
Please be aware that as this studio is on the top floor there are five flights of stairs to get up. The studio being a loft conversion also has some areas of low headroom (approximately 1/4 towards the front, please see pictures), so possibly not suitable for basketball players!
