Summary: Helpful staff and the Lingmoor Fell suite is brilliant. Great choice of wine. Food lets it down. Breakfast beans and eggs were poor quality. If you do table service carry it through to making and serving toast. Cheap sachets and jams. Sausages changed day to day. Had chicken pie which was good. Game pie indigestible and onion bhaji too big and dry with a tiny amount of yoghurt dip.small changes would make it sonmuch better. Service friendly. Just not as good on food as it could be.
