Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great location, two minutes to Gloucester Road tube and friendly staff. They allowed us to check out at 12; however, it’s a £50 per hour charge after that. They did store our luggage though.

Negative: We had to change rooms as the first room smelt musty and they charged us £30 extra to do so.

Summary: Excellent location and comfortable room.
