The house has been recently refurbished in a modern style, featuring designer and modern furniture throughout and it comes with 4 spacious bedrooms. It also comes with large windows and wooden floors throughout the apartment giving ample natural light. Guests will also be able to enjoy the private garden and allocated parking space. The apartment is located in a residential area, not too far from Notting Hill and from plenty of beautiful parks, ideal to enjoy warmer weather days. The entrance is located on the ground floor where guests will find a spacious and bright open plan living and dining area with modern and comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a big dining table, ideal for gatherings with friends or family. The kitchen is located in a separate room and it comes fully equipped and ready to be used. Next to the kitchen there is an additional living area that opens up directly to the rear garden, ideal to relax and enjoy meals during warmer weather days. On this floor guests will also find a toilet room for added convenience. The 4 bedrooms are located on the first and second floor and they feature 2 king size beds, one double bed, and 2 single beds. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor and one comes with an en suite bathroom with shower. On this floor guests will also find another bathroom with a modern bathtub. Given the location of the home, most of London's centre is a short bus ride away. With 2 different tube stations so close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.
