Positive: We were in the heart of Phuket Old Town and this hotel was recommended by a resident of Phuket and it did not disappoint. Immediately as we arrived, the staff were friendly and greeted us with a tea and a fresh towel before showing us to our room. Our room was as expected and matched the images, the bathroom was also beautiful. Within a few minutes walk, we were on the main roads and shopping as well as having something delicious to eat. On check out we asked to keep our bags with the hotel, they kindly agreed as we ventured out before collecting and we went on to our next trip. I would recommend to anyone looking to explore Phuket Old Town.
