Positive: Terrific location. Big and roomy apartment with a large modern kitchen. Parking space. Outside with beautiful view to the sea. At the top of Robin Hoods Bay.

Negative: On arrival the place hadn't been cleaned, the bins were full, there was no linen on the bed and no towels. I called a number I was given and soon a helpful lady said that the cleaners would return whilst we were at the pub. Though they'd replaced the towels and made the bed I doubt they did any cleaning. The place is quite grotty and dated, really could do with a deep clean - for example black mould on the window frame in the bedroom. The flat is also very noisy if there are people upstairs.

Summary: You pay for the location, the views and the convenience of parking. Flat isn't that nice.
