Positive: Breakfast was good- not quite outstanding

Negative: Staff were running busy most of the time in the evenings; hardly any time for them to fully engage. Also, one of the reasons I stayed was the promise of a fire in the evenings. This was very poorly attended, often going out early; not lit; not burning nicely just smouldering - staff were very busy so could not attend it. This detracted from the enjoyment of an evening.
