WHAT YOU GET
The balcony. Faces west over the rooftops to the sea — the sunset drops into the water right in front of you. Table and chairs out there. Turn round and it's the Karon hills. Guests write about the view more than anything else in the apartment.
Sleep. King bed (200x200 cm) with hotel linen, blackout curtains, a new split AC. Pull-out sofa in the living area sleeps two more. It's one open room of 47 m² — two people live in it comfortably; four fit for a few nights.
Bathroom. Honest word: the bathroom and kitchen are functional rather than designer, and one guest said so. Everything works, everything's clean, nothing's fancy.
Kitchen. Full-size fridge-freezer, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, French press, blender and our handwritten smoothie recipes. Enough to cook properly.
Work. Desk with an ergonomic office chair. Our own dedicated 1 Gbps fiber — 500 Mbps up — separate from the building's. Second monitor and UPS free on request, 2 days ahead. Remote workers are most of our guests here.
Also: washing machine inside the unit (three launches within a few minutes' walk if you'd rather), safe, iron and board, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner. Snorkel gear and beach umbrella on request.
