Positive: There is an opportunity to relax comfortably in the apartment, and for children to walk outside. The owners are in touch, they help with all questions.

Negative: Some equipment is not functional. It is difficult to find the apartment the first time (I would have put a sign on the road). Proximity to an industrial enterprise that starts working at 7 am
