A great house, suitable for families or sharers, with spacious living area, open-plan kitchen, and south-facing garden. Close to Balham and Tooting Common; Wandsworth common is also close by and Wimbledon Common, Clapham Common and Battersea Park are accessible from here.
Balham is a thriving area full of shops, bars and restaurants providing all kinds of cuisine. It is well served for supermarkets and has excellent transport links to central London and the South.
The space
The house is in a quiet residential area 10 mins walk from the bustle of Balham and a mere 5-10 mins walk to Tooting Bec. It is split across two levels with all bedrooms on the first floor. Bathroom and WC are also on the first floor.
Suitable for somebody needing to relocate temporarily for work or whilst having work done on their own home. Maybe you live in the area and are refurbing your own home. Maybe you need a base for a short-while whilst considering your options.

The house has two good-sized double bedrooms with double beds, one with memory foam topper and the other with a full sprung mattress topped with memory foam. All beds have mattress and pillow protectors on. Also is a classic British box room which features a ¾ sized bed (between a single and a double bed) this also has a memory foam topper and is designed to house a child or toddler and not a fully grown adult.
There is a separate bathroom and WC. The bathroom has a wash basin and vanity unit and a good sized bath with over bath shower.
Hot water is provided by a combi-boiler which means instant and constant hot water.
The kitchen features a five-ring gas hob - inc wok burner - a multi-function microwave, electric fan oven with pizza setting. There is the usual washing machine and dishwasher and a good-sized fridge freezer. It also comes equipped with a four-slice toaster and matching kettle and a coffee machine that takes pods or ground. All small appliances are Delonghi
In the sitting room there are two comfortable 3-seater sofas, a large coffee table and an LG 40" 4k smart TV.
