The area offers excellent walking, with Monarchs Way and the Staffordshire Way close by, panoramic views at the top of the Clent Hills and Kinver Edge, or for the less energetic, pretty canal side walks along the Staffordshire and Worcestershire or Stourbridge canals, both close by and a haven for wildlife. Further afield there are a wealth of country parks, great houses, museums and picturesque villages, as well as easy access to The Royal Air Force Museum at Cosford, the World Heritage Site of Ironbridge Gorge, the beautiful Malvern Hills, Warwick Castle and Stratford-upon-Avon, birthplace of William Shakespeare. This historic region of England has something for everyone at all times of the year!
