Summary: The room was cleaned daily. Towels were changed daily. The hotel parking lot is guarded day and night. The staff in all areas are very friendly and helpful. Only at reception are there occasional issues with English language skills and organization. Otherwise, the hotel is highly recommended due to its location near the Old Town.
