Summary: Lovely welcome and the restaurant staff were so friendly. Room was very comfortable and we had everything we need (except a working plug in the bathroom sink?!!) The only thing we’d like the hotel to think about is the lack of vegetarian options on the dinner menu. There was no vegetarian option printed on the menu - chef did provide something very tasty but there was only one dish available and so we didn’t eat there again after the first night. Location is great for visiting a student at the uni and very quiet, beds very comfortable. We preferred it to the Merchants Manor and will return.
