The space
My home is a short walk to Addenbrookes Hospital or the Biomedical Campus.
The space is compromised of a downstairs hall with plenty of wardrobe and storage space to encompass all needs, leading to the utility room, where any guests will have access to a washing machine and cleaning supplies.
This then leads upstairs to the first floor, an impressive open plan living room, kitchen and dining area with a stunning modern kitchen allows you the flexibility to cook when eating out just doesn't sit right. This floor also has a full bathroom and a bedroom with a patio conjoining between the dining area and the first bedroom.
Up to the third and final floor of the property there is another double bedroom that comes with a patio, a full bathroom, a dedicated work space desk for any work from home needs and finally, the master bedroom. beautifully decorated to ensure luxury never feels too far. This room also boasts an ensuite and patio balcony.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves
Other things to note
* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
* Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, and £150 for the Key Fob used for parking - please be careful with them
*The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
* The property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access.
* The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
*Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organized on request for additional charge
*We provide single-use toiletries for the first two day of your stay
*Our lovely neighbor's have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbors.
