Summary: I usually don't bother with reviews but I really wanted to point out how nice the people who work at this place are and how it's a great option for a missed flight disaster or whatever you're dealing with around Heathrow. If you're going to arrive after 10 PM make sure you contact them to get the self-check in codes and instructions. Fridge in room , tea and coffee in room and cozy set up. My 7 AM Uber to Heathrow was only 15 GPB.
