Outside there is allocated off road parking for one car, plus a visitor space, and there is a small enclosed patio garden. Oak Cottage provides a delightful getaway for a couple or a small group. There is a GHB of £100 payable to the owner.

We are pleased to be able to offer access to this lovely woodland. You will find both native and other species of trees, together with various seasonal fungi and lichens. We often have young buzzards in the woods. If you are lucky, you may see them either feeding from the woodland floor or flying between the trees. There are also rabbits and other woodland creatures.
The woodland is enclosed all around with stock-proof wire fencing. It should be safe for your pooch to be let off the lead unless you know they are likely to jump out! From time to time there may well be stock in the surrounding fields.
For your safety, please be aware that there are multiple ‘hazards’ to be found in this woodland. Tree stumps, hidden dips and rabbit holes, low branches, fallen debris etc. Guests are welcome to enjoy walking in these woods, but at their own risk!
Please bag all dog waste and place in the bin provided by the gates.
