Positive: Clean and tidy house. Good decor. Very well equipped had everything. Bathroom with automatic lights must have that at home. Close to the Cleveland way and walks. Heating was good once it got started. Fair price and helpful owner plus person who looks after house. Would stay again.

Negative: Parking can be tricky in the street. A bit hit and miss. Be careful with the hot water in shower takes a while to regulate.
