Positive: John was helpful - to some point. The heating system was not working and it was cold during our visit. It was a family trip including my parents and three kids. John responded immediately which I appreciate but why it was not checked prior to our stay is still not clear.

Negative: Unnecessarily expensive. Limited facilities - even had to ask for bin liner! No hot water on day 1 - faulty boiler. I asked John/Booking.com to compensate the sufferings (esp. my parents and kids due to cold environment), seems like no one cares. 50£ refunded - seriously? I paid 1275.75£ for 3 nights, suffered 1 whole night with not heating system and got 50£.. thanks but no thanks.

Summary: Expensive, less equipped, faulty boiler, wouldn't recommend.
