Positive: Good location, quiet street, Parking nearby. Convenient. Rooms are clean.

Negative: Pillows are uncomfortable and thermostat was difficult to adjust in way that 'stuck'. Room very hot and hard to bring it down even as windows open so little.

Summary: It's a good little hotel.
