There's plenty of heart in Hackney, where high art and edgy innovation meet. There are flavours to savour from its lip-smacking restaurants, not to mention world-class coffees (Square Mile coffee beans, anyone?). Quirky, scruffy, sleek or hip – the area's bars and pubs suit whatever taste you're packing, as do its diversions (you're seriously spoilt for things to do). And if money's still burning a hole, Hackney's shops and markets sell temptation by the truckload, from vintage fabrics and designer must-haves to rare meats and artisanal bread.
## Transit
You'll be an easy 3 minute stroll to London Fields, Hackney Empire and Picturehouse and an easy 10 minute walk to Dalston or take a nice 10 minute stroll to the eclectic Broadway market.
If you want to explore further afield, Hackney Central rail station is also a short 5 minute walk away. You can also walk 2 minutes and hop on the frequent modern buses and ride 10 minutes to Bethnal Green Station to connect with the central line from which you can easily travel all over London by tube.
## Notes
My flat includes everything you'll need for a nice and comfortable stay including a large flatscreen TV with Chromecast, Modern Kitchen and WIFI.
The huge Master Bedroom has an ensuite bathroom a king size double bed, clothes rail and a desk. The master bedroom also enjoys a partial sunset in the afternoon.
The second bedroom is also large and includes a double bed, wardrobe, small desk and a TV. The room is adjacent to a large bathroom which includes a bath and shower.
The modern kitchen has all the utensils you'll need to whip up a delicious meal and of course London living would not be complete without a Nespresso coffee machine and coffee grinder. It also includes a washer dryer, full height fridge freezer and dishwasher
The open plan living room is huge and spacious with a very comfortable L shape sofa and an additional comfortable leather sofa bed for guests. There is a nice dining table and stylish coffee table. You’ll enjoy a partial sunset through the west facing windows.
