Positive: Central location, exceptional property host

Negative: Check-in wasn’t good as no one met me even though I’d been told earlier in the day that someone would meet me. I found out later that the property Host had a day off and the messages that get sent through on this platform are automatic. So when the staff have a day off, this could be an issue. There were also numerous cleanliness issues. I spoke to Tracy the property host about all of my concerns and she was exceptional in helping these to get resolved. I would like to really thank her for going above and beyond to solve these issues for me
