Positive: Check-in was easy, but overall the experience was disappointing. They did not provide drinking water, and when I asked to buy some, I was told they don’t sell water and was asked to go to a grocery store instead, which was inconvenient. I also asked for a late checkout and was told to come in the morning, that there would be availability and I could pay for a half day. However, when I came in the morning, they said there was no availability and refused the late checkout. I understand that availability can change, but they should not say it will be provided and then deny it later. At least being honest upfront would allow guests to plan accordingly. Additionally, the room was not properly cleaned—behind the bed was very messy.
