As a result, the villa is much more affordable and all our guests have really liked it. The rate is collected as really used and as really charged by Thai public organization.

5,000 THB cash is collected upon Check In as damage deposit. Unless there are any notable damages to the property, the amount will be returned in full upon Check Out.
