The flat is located on the ground floor. There is one small step up to the front door. You’ll enter via a lockbox with keys, so there’s no need to waste time meeting an agent!
Once inside, you’ll find a professionally cleaned property with two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a kitchen. The whole property has been recently renovated and designed with guest needs in mind.
As you come in, the kitchen and living area is on your right. Ahead of you, there’s a seating area in the corridor, and then the bathroom and two bedrooms.

The property is located on a quiet residential street, just off Seven Sisters Road. It is close to Stamford Hill, as well as Finsbury Park and South Tottenham. This means, in terms of restaurants and entertainment, the options are endless! All three areas have a good selection of independent eateries, bars, and shopping.
The flat is very near to Woodberry Wetlands, which is a beautiful area for nature and for walking. You can even go swimming in the reservoirs if you’re feeling brave! The larger Finsbury Park is also closeby.
In terms of travel, you’re well connected. There are buses running in both directions on Seven Sisters Road almost every minute. It’s a two minute bus journey to Seven Sisters or Finsbury Park Tube stations, or approximately a 15 minute walk.
Stamford Hill Overground is closer, and can take you directly to Liverpool Street station in the city center in just 20
minutes.
