Positive: There are some games/toys for kids and the kitchen equipment is enough. AC is good.

Negative: In our humble opinion neither the Villa is built nor the interior is designed smart. For example the pool is small and doesn't have space around. In our opinion a shared pool for the 16 (?) villas would have been more beneficial. Two bathrooms were ok, one bathroom was ineffectively spacious, whereas in all tiny bedrooms we missed the space for our belongings (no locker, not enough space to open luggage fully). For our weekend trip just ok, but not for a longer stay. Regarding communication the host reacted fast and our delay due to traffic jam was not a problem for check-in. On the other hand, we asked for English houserules, but didn't get them. Compared to our previous trips we can say it was not really bad, rather ok - also regarding cleanliness. But there are way better accommodations for even a cheaper price.
