Summary: The hotel is in a quiet, isolated location with beautiful views, ideal for a peaceful getaway. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. She didn’t smile, wasn’t welcoming, and seemed annoyed when I asked for information about the nearby national park. The rest of the staff were great and professional. The restaurant food was excellent, though service and tax are added to the bill. Breakfast is not a buffet, you must order from the menu. Overall, a lovely place to escape the city, but the reception staff’s attitude leaves a bad impression.
