The house has is very close to the A19 & Jarrow town centre with all the amenities you could want whilst away from home. It is also a great base if you plan on exploring the coastal areas and walking routes. Inside is a beautiful living room space with a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa to sit and enjoy the SMART 43" HD TV with Netflix included. We also offer super fast Fibre broadband for guest use with speeds up to 350mbps.
The kitchen is next to the living room with full amenities available. There is an oven, hob, microwave, under counter fridge and seperate under counter freezer, kettle, toaster, free tea & coffee, cutlery, utensils, pots & pans, plates, bowls, glasses and mugs available for guests to use. There is also a dining table and 2 chairs for guests to use during their stay.
Next to the kitchen is a utility area where the boiler is housed as well as a handy washer/dryer.
The bathroom is downstairs and includes a toilet, sink, corner bath, shower over the bath, mirror, undersink unit, towels and bath mat for use during your stay.
There are two double bedrooms, all bed linens are included, wardrobes, bedside table, bedside charging, lamp, mirror and blackout curtains. There is also a desk in the master bedroom in case you need to work whilst away from home.
There is also a rear yard for guests to use. This is where the external bin is stored and also where guests should smoke as smoking inside the house is not allowed. This is a terraced house sharing walls with neighbours on both sides. It's very important that our guests are repectful of the residential area and noise is kept to a respectable level so that local residents are not disturbed. There is a noise monitoring device inside the accommodation to ensure noise is not excessive. One of the immediate neighbours has a friendly dog which you may hear the animal from time to time. This is a residential street so you will see and hear other local residents which we cannot control although it is a very quiet area.
